Sadie Amara Calvano is an actor from America who has garnered fame for portraying Violet Plunkett in the CBS sitcom "Mom'. Calvano is originally from California and was first interested in gymnastics. She later decided to pursue a career as an actor. Her screen debut came in 2010 on an episode of the CBS program "NCIS,". The big screen debut came a year later in the biographical film of crime drama 'J Edgar'. She became one of the best young actors on the scene in the following decades. In 2011, she was awarded the Young Artist Award nomination for the Best Actress in TV Series and in the role of Guest Actress 11-15. In 2013 she was also nominated for yet another Young Artist Award for her performance as a guest in the Disney XD comedy series, 'Kickin' It'. Calvano played a role in a handful in the episodes "Mom" in its 4th season. She played the main character in the first three seasons of the series. Her performance in the show "Mom" earned her an award called the Gracie Allen Award as Outstanding Female Actor - Rising Star.
