Holker performed in Earth the Wind and Fire's closing and closing ceremonies of The Olympic Games 2002. Also, she appeared in the Disney film High School Musical and High School Musical 2. The actress was featured in numerous commercials. She was also a part of the Top 8 during the second season of So You Think You Can Dance and participated in The SYTYCD tour. Louis Van Amstel choreographed a show titled Ballroom with a Twist. She also sang with Holker as well as Clay Aiken, American Idol's Clay Aiken, in the PBS special Tried and True.
